Sisi Cronin is the founder and director of Sicily Publicity, a boutique PR and marketing agency for film, documentary, music, talent and events, founded in 2013 and based in New York. She began her career at Revolver Entertainment in the UK and freelanced in Berlin before founding the company.

She began her career as an intern at Revolver Entertainment, then one of the UK's leading independent film distributors, and rose to lead creative publicity campaigns across theatrical and home-entertainment releases. When Revolver closed in 2011 she moved to Berlin, freelancing with new distribution labels and independent releases. She founded Sicily Publicity in 2013 and later brought the company to New York.

She runs the agency on a boutique model: clients work directly with her rather than with a junior account manager, and every campaign is built around the individual project, from early positioning and press materials through critics, screenings, talent and premieres. Over the years she has built relationships with critics, editors, photographers, festivals, talent teams, distributors and industry partners in North America and internationally.
